Our Refund Policy ensures clarity on when and how refunds are processed for eligible cancellations made on www.sreedhatri.com.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable after an approved cancellation under our Return Policy.

2. Refund Amount

Full refund for cancellations made 15+ days prior to check-in (minus processing charges).

50% refund for cancellations made between 7 to 14 days.

No refund for cancellations within 7 days or in case of a no-show.
3. Refund Process
Once your cancellation is approved:

Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days.

Amount is returned to the original payment method.

For payments made via bank transfer or UPI, customers must provide valid bank details.
4. Refund for Failed Services
In cases where we fail to deliver promised services (e.g., overbooking, facility closure), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Proof or documentation may be required.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:

Services already availed (e.g., checked-in stay)

Late cancellations or no-shows

Force majeure events (natural calamities, lockdowns, strikes, etc.)

Refund request made beyond 3 days of checkout date
